Manchester City has officially confirmed Erling Haaland’s agreement ahead of the summer window, KTNBlog reports.
Erling Haaland is set to join Manchester City once the summer window is open for business ahead of the new season.
The English Premier League side has quickly arranged a deal which has been agreed with Borussia Dortmund who will get a replacement.
The German side already has an agreement for RB Salzburg striker Karim Adeyemi who will be replacing the Norwegian who will leave this summer.
The move has been held back for a long time which was expected to happen but Borussia Dortmund blocked the move after just allowing Jadon Sancho to leave.
Manchester City has now reached an agreement that will see Erling Haaland move to the English Premier League this summer and will be spending a long time.
This comes as a disappointment for other suitors who have been hoping to sign the Norwegian with talks already held with the ate Mino Raiola who was his agent.
Manchester City took to their official website to announce an agreement has been reached for the player who will join them in June.

“Manchester City can confirm we have reached an agreement in principle with Borussia Dortmund for the transfer of striker Erling Haaland to the Club on 1st July 2022.
“The transfer remains subject to the Club finalizing terms with the player.
This means Gabriel Jesus could be joining Arsenal who is said to be closing in on a move this summer with them strongly linked with completing the move.
Erling Haaland is expected to sign a long-term contract which will be released in the coming days as all works are still being completed.
Borussia Dortmund already finalizing a replacement which will be announced by them in the coming days as expected.
