Both Ruben Loftus Cheek and Mason Mount scored as Chelsea set up another cup final for this season against Liverpool after a 2-0 win against Crystal Palace.
It was a brilliant encounter for both teams who did well enough making sure the first half of the game was a goalless one despite all the amount of opportunities created between them for the day.
It took until the second half as Chelsea got the opening goal through a lovely finish coming from Ruben Loftus Cheek who smashed the ball from a deflected pass resulting in the Blues taking a 1-0 lead in the 65th minute.
Crystal Palace was poor on their end as they wanted to change their game which didn’t work out for them pushing forward and trying to cause damages which was already looking too late for them to make happen.
The second goal came after Kai Havertz threw in a high pass which Timo Werner put down perfectly before Mason Mount came close he gave him the ball and the England international made a good first touch before beating the goalkeeper to make it 2-0.
The goal came in the 76th minute of the match which was too late for the away side to make anything happen as it ended with Chelsea making it into the Emirates FA Cup beating Crystal Palace 2-0 as they will now face Liverpool for a chance to win the title.
